Does anyone here take flaxseed oil? Is there any reason to not take it with the band? Thanks!

you know i was wandering the same thing last night but only about flax seeds...can we put it in our food?

iv been takking it for the last 6 weeks with no problem, oil that is. never thought to ask doctor.

the seed are tiny..you think it would be ok to put in like pudding?

I would be worried that the seeds would puff up in the belly, like seeds tend to do. You might not realize how full you are before they puff, and then be miserable afterwards? Does that make any sense?
