Hey there!! My surgery date is 12/2 and literally my post op diet starts the day before thanksgiving. Has anyone down their Bariatric grocery shopping yet? Because i have no clue as to where to start

I started my liquid diet today JBN Protein shakes 3 a day and a cup of veggies I'm pretty hungry. I walked 3 miles a day I think I need more calories. Really don't need much food I would wait till after surgery 1 week of liquid than purees after that what do you need. Get used drinking plenty of sugar free liquid

Bill you are so lucky to have veggies!!! I can only have liquids!!!! I'm dying of hunger lol!!! I have about 6 days until surgery!!! I am so anxious!!! I'm nervous too !!!

I meant to say I start my Protein liquid diet the day after Thanksgiving, which I was very happy about because I would have been so sad if I couldn't eat lol. My nutritionist gave me a week to do the diet. Did you start buying stuff?

Yes bill the days are flying by!! I have it on the 22nd next Tuesday!!! Omg I am nervous I hope n pray I make it out alive!!! I will post something before and after surgery!!!

I feel your pain. My surgery Gastric Sleeve is December 2. My liquid diet starts this Sunday
