I started my liquid diet today JBN Protein shakes 3 a day and a cup of veggies I'm pretty hungry. I walked 3 miles a day I think I need more calories. Really don't need much food I would wait till after surgery 1 week of liquid than purees after that what do you need. Get used drinking plenty of sugar free liquid

    Hey there!! My surgery date is 12/2 and literally my post op diet starts the day before thanksgiving. Has anyone down their Bariatric grocery shopping yet? Because i have no clue as to where to start

    I feel your pain. My surgery Gastric Sleeve is December 2. My liquid diet starts this Sunday
