  4. Was sleeved 11/29/2016 a Tuesday, Friday 12/01/2016 I walked 1/2 mile in the gym and have been in the gym 6 days a week sense. I have lost 23lbs in 5 weeks don't worry about others problems be positive and get moving. I wish you well

  13. Just because your Doc says you can eat go soft, awhile longer. Plus try Protein first Eggs, Fish, Beans, Chili,. Last night cooked chicken and diced tomatos little onion and garlic and some black beans in the crockpot moist with lots of protein
  14. I use 8oz of Fair Life milk 13g of protein with my JBN 25g protein shake and a little ice works out to 38g protein 10oz of liquid 3x day. 1 20oz propel . I find the more I walk the easier everything goes down

  20. single father of two teenage girls, I pre prepare 4or 5 meals on Sunday AM for the week. one day is left overs one pizza I eat fish and chicken eggs and shakes. I have been doing it for years I put in 60 to 65 hrs a week Time management.

  22. Went on Vacation in September ate pretty well came back started cutting down in October, Said good bye to food on 10/26 joined the gym have dropped 25lbs and I am not looking back surgery 11/29. Mind over matter think positive
  23. You can do it 2 weeks go quick my surgery is the 29th be here before you know it, keep busy
  24. I started my liquid diet today JBN Protein shakes 3 a day and a cup of veggies I'm pretty hungry. I walked 3 miles a day I think I need more calories. Really don't need much food I would wait till after surgery 1 week of liquid than purees after that what do you need. Get used drinking plenty of sugar free liquid
