Ugh. Not going to lie, today has been a struggle

Tuesday, I will be three weeks post op. I am on the puréed portion of the diet and I am struggling today. Usually i am fine and don't really have many cravings. I don't really even feel hungry so I am sure this might be my first bout of head hunger but man do I want to eat something off plan. I won't do it, but it is the first time I really want to!!! I am not even sure what I want but if I had a Casey's pizza, I would really like it.

Just say no! :-)

You likely wouldn't enjoy it even uf you tried!!

I'm struggling with head hunger and steroids rage but reminding myself that weight loss is worth denial of treats, etc

I am one week post op today and I have been feeling very empowered and strong thus far although I agree today has been quite the struggle for me as well (i blame the full moon tomorrow ). I keep on reminding myself to try to find the joy in the journey and not the destination. Tomorrow will be better.

I'm feeling the same today. Nothing is curing my hunger today. I'm also going into week three post op.

Also three weeks on Tuesday. It was crazy hard the first week better last week and in the past three days I barely think about food and we went out to dinner on Thursday AND Friday!

Hang in there.
