Ok....since I am self pay for surgery, I am looking for assistance in the total cost.
My insurance through work has WLS specifically excluded. However, I can purchase supplemental Hospital Indemnity insurance which is suppose to cover services not covered in my group health coverage. This is suppose to cut some costs of the hospital stay and even surgery costs.
Has anybody done this and was it a substantial savings?
