Nausea & Sick to my stomach

I've been getting headaches/migraines and today I've been nauseas all day. I had a few carrots, a dab of ranch (which I think caused me to throw up) and a nibble of a blueberry muffin. I've been feeling so sick to my stomach. I'm afraid to eat now because of the throwing up. I've been sleep the past 6 hours and now I'm nauseas all over again. What works well for nausea? I didn't get a prescription for nausea because I had it once, and that was the day after my surgery. It's been three weeks

Peach syrup or some pectin in a bit of fruit juice. Just a few spoons full. Seriously.
