  1. Before I had surgery ( 3 months ago ) My period was super irregular and when I did get it, it was light but I had blood clots. I still have big BC. Now it's REALLY heavy, and I woke up this morning and there was blood everywhere. I've never experienced this. And I'm sick, so when I sneeze and cough it comes out even more. I am very terrified, and I don't want to leave my house... I am in college and I am super embarrassed. Now that I am losing weight, I've noticed it becoming frequent and heavier. What do you recommend? Any advice? -Ariannuhh❤️
  2. I went, it turns out it's Mono. -Ariannuhh❤️
  3. I don't have a fever, thank god. But I am extremely TIRED!!! I am heading to the ER -Ariannuhh❤️
  4. Right now I am experiencing stuffy & runny rose, chills, hot and cold spells, sneezing, body aches, terrible balance, head ache, my eye sockets and head hurt, and it feels something is swollen around my mouth or the back of my throat... I am not sure if it's sickness or a deficiency? Should I go to the emergency room? -Ariannuhh❤️
  5. Its just the way my mind is set up now. The staring, the questions, it's just super annoying to have people stare at me and wonder why I'm eating so much less of food and acting like I'm "better then them". -Ariannuhh❤️ You need to work to get yourself in a position where the food is not the centerpiece of the event. Just go and enjoy the company of your friends -- eat if you can/need to, don't eat when you can't/don't need to. Did you tell your friends about the surgery? If they know about your journey, I can't imagine they'd think anything of it. They know, one of my friends are fine with it, but the other one is like "you can't have that, don't eat that, I'm calling your mom" and it's annoying. We have fun, but when it's time to eat the one friend just watches me. I understand there concerned but I know what I'm doing. -Ariannuhh❤️ Thank You!!! -Ariannuhh❤️

  7. Thank you, that's my fear. Going out to eat with friends and having few bites and getting full. -Ariannuhh❤️
  8. Thank you for this information! I will definitely be checking this out. -Ariannuhh❤️
  9. I am from New York, so I believe it is legal here. I don't use marijuana just for "fun". I'm a college student so I have to stay focused, but marijuana does help me when my pains come from my knee and headaches, I get stressed very easily. I don't use it often, just when I'm tired of being in pain, I use it when it's my last resort. -Ariannuhh❤️
  10. I am almost a month post op. When does everything go back to normal? Normal meaning when will I be free to eat regular food? When will my stomach finally completely heal? This might be confusing, but I guess I'm saying, when will I feel like myself again? When will I be able to go out to eat with friends and hang out without me feeling terrible? Stomach aches, nausea? Does it all become easier as time increases? Does my portion size increase? 3-4 bites make me full, as years passes, will 3-4 bites be forever? -Ariannuhh❤️
  11. How do you go about getting those things? -Ariannuhh❤️
  12. I did this. I did this with pickles. I chewed the pickles for the juice and spit it out. It satisfied my cravings for chewing gum. Eventually I stopped because it became to much work -Ariannuhh❤️
  13. Agreed. When you get up a realize you made the right decision it's the best. When you start feeling great is another bonus!!! Congratulations -Ariannuhh❤️
  14. I recommend a nice fuzzy body pillow from Walmart. It's the best investment I've made. It's so long so you can use it as a pillow but use the rest as back support or put it in front and use it between your legs- it's so comfortable -Ariannuhh❤️
  15. Hello Everyone, I was wondering what is your take on smoking weed? Weed alleviates my headaches, knee pain and back pain (two of which I've been experiencing for the past few days) When I smoke I don't get the munchies, it just relaxes me. I function completely normal, I am completely coherent. It's been almost a month since my surgery. I am not addicted to weed, I can go months without it, I have a torn ACL that's been bothering as well as headaches. I thinking of taking maybe 2 hits of the weed- ? -Ariannuhh❤️
  16. I wasn't prescribed any nausea meds because I was find after three days of vomiting. I did buy medicine but I haven't taken it. I'm going to ask my doctor first -Ariannuhh❤️
  17. Hell everyone, I'm three weeks post op & im looking for foods to eat. The few days I've been feeling nauseous and throwing up my food- I'm not sure if it's a stomach bug (my friends just passed it around) or if it's from the actual surgery. I haven't had nausea since my surgery- and now all the sudden I'm nauseous and I've thrown up a few times. Do you recommend and drinks, foods or medicines to stop the nausea? Also, what foods are great on your stomach? Thank you guys ❤️ -Ariannuhh❤️
  18. I've been getting headaches/migraines and today I've been nauseas all day. I had a few carrots, a dab of ranch (which I think caused me to throw up) and a nibble of a blueberry muffin. I've been feeling so sick to my stomach. I'm afraid to eat now because of the throwing up. I've been sleep the past 6 hours and now I'm nauseas all over again. What works well for nausea? I didn't get a prescription for nausea because I had it once, and that was the day after my surgery. It's been three weeks -Ariannuhh❤️
  19. I'm 3 weeks out and lost 59 pounds -Ariannuhh❤️
  20. Thank you everyone. I'm always on the go. Being in college, you never have a chance to sit unless you actually have a lecture. But I have 2 jobs- so that counts for most of the weight loss -Ariannuhh❤️
  21. I would love to know how much everyone has lost two weeks post op. I am already down 59 pounds... -Ariannuhh❤️
  22. I had the lovenox and heperin shot, been of them for 4 days but I still know exactly where they were given, almost feels recent, the areas are very sore, but I do not have bruising it is fairly painful -Ariannuhh❤️
  23. first off, congratulations on that 43 pounds of stress that is gone!!! I was thinking of seeing a therapist here at school- I know talking to people can help, and if it's working for you I'll give it a shot. -Ariannuhh❤️
  24. I know I enjoy my typical sweets of Cookies, cake, ice and things in between. Are there any foods out there that act as a substitute that we can actually eat? -Ariannuhh❤️
  25. That you all for your words of comfort and wisdom. Me being the person I am, I usually OVERTHINK things and worry a lot- it's always been a flaw for me. Today is a better day and I am actually in a great mood. Today I had a shake and I guess that's the reason I'm feeling better- 32g in just over an hour. -Ariannuhh❤️
