Sick or deficiency ?

Right now I am experiencing stuffy & runny rose, chills, hot and cold spells, sneezing, body aches, terrible balance, head ache, my eye sockets and head hurt, and it feels something is swollen around my mouth or the back of my throat... I am not sure if it's sickness or a deficiency? Should I go to the emergency room?

If I had those symptoms, I'd think "flu." I am not, however, diagnosing you. Don't you have a doctor? Emergency rooms are for emergencies.

Fever? You should go to the ER. The chills and stuff are worrisome n could be an infection
