I've emailed the surgeons office, and I do have a primary care appointment Friday morning, but thought I could gather some info here.

Is there an RN at your surgeon's office you can call? I had visiting nurses my 1st week post-op and edema was one of the things they checked. Are you peeing ok? Drinking plenty of fluids (reduced sodium)?

Thanks everyone...I spoke with the nurse and she thinks it's a combination of two things. Yesterday I was up on my feet a lot more than other days (walking and doing some things in prep for a fundraiser) and my blood pressure med.

I'm going fine - clear and I think plenty.

I'll talk to the pcp about this in the morning as well.

She did say if it gets worse or I start to have trouble breathing to go to the ER
