Panko, "unfried" foods?

I love doing fake fried stuff by rolling it in panko crumbs and baking. I'm almost 4 weeks post-surgery. Has anyone had trouble with panko or breading that's not fried? Should I wait longer?

(Could murder some unfried green Beans right now)

I would just try one bite first time, make sure to chew until the crumbs are softened in your mouth, then get braver next time if all goes well!

PS - Fatpunk (I lol'd) meet fat metalhead :)

I made chicken tender strips with panko coating and oven bakes them. (I also made sugar free dips to go with them).

The kids loved them more than I did. They were OK, but I didn't care for the coating of crumbs. Ended up scraping off the crumbs. I was 3 weeks out when I tried them!

costco SELLS THIS PANKO CRUSTED TILAPIA by Trident seafood!!! AMAZING!!!!! I have had this several times. It's so quick and easy to make. No issues. pieces are pretty big so I cant eat more than 1/2 of a fillet.

I am 3 weeks out and tonight we made tuna patties that had breadcrumbs, no problems here.
