Has anyone used Dr. Thomas Borland in New Iberia, LA?

I am still trying to decide on who and where I want to do a sleeve surgery. I just found a dr that is self-pay only 1.5 hours from my home, but I can't find any recent info on him. Does anyone know anything about Dr. Thomas Borland in New Iberia, LA? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! :)
