How far out from surgery are you? In the beginning, there can be a lot of internal swelling, so a 1/2 bottle at a time is fine. But you should be drinking that more often than once a day if that is your main source of protein right now.

What kind of problems?

Throwingup and diarrhea

Did you let your surgeon know? That is not uncommon and there are meds for that

Today was my first day starting full liquid and the Protein shakes is the worst. I'm going to try the protein fruit flavored Water. I'm dreading drinking the second one today.

Have you tried EAS AdvantEdge carb control RTD? A lot of people like them, they are my fav. They are not as thick as some others. chocolate fudge is yummy as well as strawberry, which tastes like strawberry Quik.

Syntrax nectar and Isopure Zero Carb are popular fruity ones, with little to no carbs
