The first month is really hard specially if you had more than one surgery at once I had a hiatal hernia repair and it was more complicated swallowing. I'm one month today and someday sate good and some are bad, it takes a fully two months I think to get better, eat healthy, the cravings to go away. Give it time it will get better. Lol you know good question I'm Puerto Rican and the regular chicken broth couldn't even make it to my first sip. I did my own chicken and ham Soup just put lots of Water and drink the liquid some my kids ate it and the rest well had to throw it away which I hate wasting food but I needed flavor.
