I have tried looking up recipes on line without a lot of success. The ones I do find say use this product or that product to make this. I am looking for a great website that says, this is how you make it from scratch. Any and all help is appreciated.

There's a cookbook coming out just for WLS patients on December 6th called WLS for dummy's cookbook. I know Barnes and noble will have it in stock that day. I already preordered it myself hope this helps

Another resource fir simple meals is the bariatric pal store. There are several recipes listed and they are free.

That cookbook from Amazon looks great and it's about $6 off right now! I'm ordering it...thanks????
