Recipies

I have tried looking up recipes on line without a lot of success. The ones I do find say use this product or that product to make this. I am looking for a great website that says, this is how you make it from scratch. Any and all help is appreciated.

There's a cookbook coming out just for WLS patients on December 6th called WLS for dummy's cookbook. I know Barnes and noble will have it in stock that day. I already preordered it myself :) hope this helps

Well it looks like my book from Amazon shipped yesterday and it is supposed to be here by 8:00 pm tomorrow. We shall see.
