Slow weightloss

Hi everyone!

I'm 11 days out of from surgery, I had the Gastric Bypass and I'm feeling a little frustrated because I haven't lost anymore weight since that first week of surgery! I'm only down 15lbs. Am I doing something wrong? I feel kind of discouraged!

I lost 16 lbs the first *month* and have lost over 200 lbs since my surgery. Everyone loses at their own rate, and stalls are common - even within the first month post-surgery. Just stick to your program and the weight will come off
