My hair has been coming out like Im a chemo patient.. in clumps the last 4 weeks It will come back.. dont panic Protein and Bioten supplement.. we all go through it..

I'm 5 months and 's it's bad. Attended a support group meeting today at Cleveland clinic

Nutriotist warned patients not to take massive amounts of Biotin. I won't use it at all because it will increase facial hair.

I've only heard of taking massive amounts of Biotin even before the surgery to help prevent it. I am not looking forward to it either~ hopefully my efforts pay off and it won't happen as drastically with all the biotin I've been taking!

I was told to not take more than the recommended amount as a supplement and then there is some in the multi Vitamin because you can only absorb so much and the rest of the excess is in your urine..

I have an appointment to get my hair cut and bleached to look fuller, I take a huge amount of Biotin and I use the Biotin shampoo but my hair is starting to fall out. Sometimes lighter hair colors and shorter hair can help to hide the loss.

This is extremely worrisome for me. My hair is already VERY thin. I already made the choice to go "short" and work a comb over. Yes, a female with a comb over. I'm truly afraid of going completely bald. I haven't had surgery yet. Maybe I should start looking into scarfs. Wigs are really expensive!
