Puréed food

Hi Guys,

So today is the day I started puréed foods. I was so nervous to do this because I didn't know what stomach was like. So I had some tuna purée. It was soooooo yummy but I'm not sure if I over ate. My NUT says to eat 1-2Tbsp of this and I ate just shy of 2Tbsp. Now that is dinner time I really don't want to eat anything and I feel like I'm a bit nauseated. I will try to force a Protein shake down me at some point. But the question is on your first day of puréed foods were you able to eat that much? I really couldnt tell when I was slightly full until the last 2 bites.

I feel now. Had a protein shake for dinner. Might try not to eat 2Tbsps. It did take me an hour to eat it but not sure it should have taken me that long but I ate really really slow.
