I pretty much don't drink Water without them - but not the tea kind. I use Walmart's Great Value brands such as "orange, strawberry, banana" and "cherry limeade" - they're my favs but they have Plenty of flavor to choose from. I buy the large packets, and mix 1/5-1/4 package per 24 oz. water.

If you don't like artificial sweeteners, try Natural Calm (comes in flavors) or TRUE lemon- they have peach or raspberry lemonade (go read ingredients, they use beet juice for coloring)

P.S. Natural Calm is not good if you have obstructed bowl, so may want to ask your Dr. It is vegan and non-gmo too

The crystal light teas have caffeine in them and my dr said no caffeine so watch what you pick just because it's "sugar free" doesn't mean it doesn't contain other stuff you shouldn't have
