Ice in the blender with my protein powder

Hey guys. I've been lurking for a while and have learned so much, but now I have a question.
I was sleeved on 10/10 (5 days ago). I'm on the post-op full liquid diet for 2 weeks. I've been putting a few ice cubes in my blender with the Protein powder and almond milk. I like the slushy texture. But now I'm wondering if I shouldn't? I know ice chips were ok immediately after surgery and sugar free Popsicles are ok, so I figured the slushy Protein shake was ok too. But of course it makes the shake thicker. Any reason not to do this? I feel like I can take in the required liquids with no problem and I guess I'm worried that I've already stretched my sleeve. Is that even possible this early on?
