OUCH has this happened to ya'll ?

Ok so tonight im moving into semi solid foods after my first fill, and i was hungry not paying much attention ,i thought i wanted some cheese w/ some cream cheese on it . I took 2 bites not very big and decided i didnt want that . then i saw some milk and thought " i'll drink that " OMFG BAD IDEA " yack.gifa-verry-big-no-no%252521.gif3333333333333333333333333333333333333333.gif as SOON As I drank something this HUGE Pain shot across my chest and I began to what I thought was choke.

I know this I COULD NOT BREATHE. My husband heard me and comes running in and started to do the hemlic i stopped him. IM GUESSING THIS IS why they tell you not to drink right after you eat something . Either that or im probably tighter than I thought ? Since im just now starting to get into food ?

I did puke up a little slime , I guess I got stuck ? My chest is a little sore im going to go on liquids again tomorow , GREAT On my bday .

Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance

Mindy

I suspect the cheese plugged the stoma, leaving the Fluid nowhere to go when you drank it.

owie.

I always do two days of fluids after every fill or PB to rest the stoma
