Does anyone know if MOLINA HEALTHCARE HAS COVERED REVISION SURGERY?

I'm wondering if anyone has had any denials through Molina or Medicaid insurances for REVISION surgery???? If so please let me know the outcome of it??? I am waiting for my approval and I am apprehensive about this!!!!

How did things work out for you? I am looking into the same thing. The Dr office said I have to do the 6 month supervised diet again. I was hoping I wouldn't since I just completed this for the band 2 yrs ago.

Hi!! Wondering if Molina did approve your revision surgery!! I’m waiting back and I’m scared they won’t approve it! Did you have to do the 6 month program and the 12 visits of physical and nutritional visits!?
