Day seven for me also and I went for my real first walk alone. I will say I felt a little light-headed but took it slowly and made it back home safe and sound.

I will add that yesterday was the first time for "real food" for me. I made a Butternut Squash Soup from a recipe I found on here. My plan was to make it for when I was ready. I couldn't resist. I'm happy to say I was able to eat it, a half ladle at a time and with a baby spoon. It was so delicious! And I felt so much better after getting something other than Protein drinks.

7 days for me too. Going to go for a walk later after my sister gets home. Still don't feel up to going by myself. Feel really weak, don't want to chance on my own yet. Hoping to have soup tonight. Still trying to get in enough fluids

Getting through fluids really is getting to me I know it's a short time when you think about it but I can't stomach another bowl of broth ... or Jello... I will say I did have an 1oz of Greek yogurt with a few tablespoons of Water to make it looser and it was really good .... couldn't wait for tomorrow.
