I don't know. At that stage I was just sipping something all day. I didn't really focus on meal times. I just made sure I was sipping something that would get me to my protein and/or fluid targets.

The soups are not counted as your mushy good. Its liquid so you just drink at the appropriate rate.

Yeah, I never measuref soup but 1 can mixed with milk last me 3-4 servings.
