Which oil to use for scrambling an egg?

I was just cleared for phase 2 of the post-op diet and would like to know if it is alright to use olive oil for a scrambled egg? Not sure what other healthy options there are at this stage?

I use olive oil (or butter!). You can get an olive oil mister if you are concerned about amounts.

Thanks for the confirmation on olive oil and pam
