How long does everyone stay full after a meal?

Hi I'm curious how long everyone stays full after a meal? I am in week three and I'm really struggling with staying full. I also have been so used to my band where I would take one bite or sip of somethings and I would feel full.

You don't really feel full on liquids or purees.

At at year it depends on what it is. Dense Protein 1-2 hours?

My #1 goal is to never be full. I like being able to breathe.

I agree I don't mean full like can't breath I mean satisfied. Better question would be how long until you are hungry again ?

It really depends. Usually 2 hours, but I don't really have hunger, so that isn't a good answer. I have to go 12 to 16 hours without eating to feel hungry.

I have trained myself to eat every 2 to 3 hours when I am awake so I can get all my Protein in. I feel the most restriction from dense meat. So if I am having a "hungry" day, some days I just want to eat more than other days, I have steak and chicken wings almost all day. Other than that, I mix it up withe different protein types all day so I don't get bored.
