Does Insurance usually cover fills?

Does anyone know if insurance covers fills. I have GHI, they covered my surgery in full, does that include fills?

I was banded on August 7, 2007 and my first fill is September 21st.

Excuse my french but I have BC/BS PPO Anthem and they don't cover shit. I hate them. I pay 625.00 per month for hubby and I and I have absolutely nothing wrong other than back problems. I was self pay from the get go and have paid out over 20grand so far and bless they're little hearts I wouldn't even turn in a fill, I would be afraid it would break them up so I just pay them myself. LOL.

Yours might, mines crappy.

I have UHC, and they covered the surgery. I was due for my first fill in August, but had lost enough weight without it, that the dr wouldnt do it at that time....but I did ask, and was informed that the fills are covered (after I pay my copay of course). Hope they're covered for you as welll.....Good luck.
