Soups on two week liquid diet

Today is my second day of my two weeks liquid diet. I'm aloud to have low sodium broth so I was wondering if I can make my own Soup with vegetables blend it and strain it? The store bought one tastes horrible

@@luzR I use pureed veggies (onions, celery, carrots) and saute them with spices (garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika) to start my soup broth when making soup normally. I'm going to do that and then add store bought broth to make a broth for pre-op and post-op. Mine doesn't have to be low sodium. You can definitely make your own broth. Low sodium store bought broth is horrific!
