Did your Insurance approve you?

So this is my second time through this process with my insurance and the plan has not changed. - I did a full six months the first time like required with my surgeon and nutrition but this time did six month with my doctor and only 4 with nutrition and they just submitted everything because there is nothing saying a time frame of when the six months had to be just consecutive which i already have. Do you think i will get denied?

    Was your previous diet w/Nut within the last two years? If so it should count.

    It was in 2013 feb- Aug and then iv done 6 months of physician visits April to now and 4 nutrition visits June to now. And my BMI is over 40
