My walk yesterday

I recently discovered some nice trails about 10 minutes outside the city I live in. I've been out there the last 4 days in a row...I just love it out there.

I've been walking for 2 hours each time I've gone. There's all kinds of different terrain...at one point I had to go on my bum to get down a path because it was so steep!!post-286644-14737056257763_thumb.jpg

Just wanted to share with you guys how free I feel and how I can do anything I want!!

As of this morning, I've officially lost half my body weight...I've lost over 165lbs now. Only about 22lbs to go
