Changing insurance question

Does anyone have Cigna for a revision and didn't have them before? I'm wanting to switch to them but don't want to if they like to give the run around. I'm leaving BCBSIL and heard good thing about them but it was always someone who didn't have any bariatric surgery. Any advice would be loved!

I didn't have a revision, but I did have Cigna when I got my RNY. They were really great with me - as long as I follow their requirements to a T (and my plan actually covered bariatric surgery - they told me about half their plans do and half their plans don't, so just be sure bariatric surgery is something the plan you are purchasing covers before you choose it) Good luck!
