Yea, I haven't told anyone either. Only my family knows. I tried to do sleeve a cpl of yrs ago and everyone had an opinion. I told my boss I was having surgery, but didn't tell him what kind. He's the biggest gossip in the office, smh. So I told him I'm taking 2wks and will return in October

Wow, I'm glad I posted my date in the title! Alot of us will be having surgery on the same day. We should try to check in with each other :) I've been overweight since I was 2 yrs old, lol. I can't wait to shop in the "other" section of the store or order cute clothes online and not worry about it fitting right or hiding my rolls, lol

Sorry yes just noticed this is your thread

You have got a lot of stuff ready for after surgery

What do you recommend I should have for when I get home

Well I'm on 2 shakes a day before and after surgery, and costco had a sale on my shakes I paid a little over a dollar each. I have a baby food maker that I found on Craigslist for a whopping $10. It steams and purees to make different consistency. I got some mashed potatoes, just add Water, my nutritionist warned me about not feeling up to do alot after surgery, so I tried to shop for before and after. I have some canned chicken not too excited to try for after surgery. I won't have much help after surgery so I'm trying to prepare as much now. I also have a baby container with ozs on it so I can drink my 1oz evert 15mins. The Powerade is for after. I also got 2 boxes of gas x when I coupons now I have to sort thru my clothes and find sweatpants for my recovery.

Premier Protein shakes, 30g of protein, 1g sugar and 160cal. I'm in Capitol Heights, MD. Very close to Washington, DC. Oh I forgot to mention the Baritastic App. It literally has everything we need. It has water, pill, food reminders and timers. It has a journal, weight log, food log and exercise log. And it connects with my fitbit

Your closet looked like mine and I hope you use everything because I certainly did not. I bought so many different Proteins, $$$$$$$$$ and other products recommended that I just didn't use, grrrrr. I only use premiere Protein and GENEPRO powder that I did stick up on.

Oh ok, I got to choose my own. I was given a list of what I needed as far as how many grams of Iron, Calcium. But the chewable multivitamin I found is HUGE!!!! I got a pill cutter yesterday to break it up.
