You should be in the stage that your surgeon prescribed. All plans are different and you want to make sure you to follow the plan that was given to you. However, 10 days sounds pretty long for Clear liquids. Maybe give them a call and make sure you can't move to full liquids.

It was simple for me.

I stuck with Premier Protein and Chike Protein shakes for the first month.

My needs were met. Weight loss was good. I didn't have to think about food.

Really helped break me away from food focus.

I was on full liquids starting the day after surgery.

Some Drs have patients on clear liquids for a month post op, what does your plan say?
