Thanks,me to. The calendar isnt that full. I can start my fast on the 3rd of oct and have the 17th for surgery date. Im so ready. It feels like this process has taken along time but really and truthfully, we need those nutrition sessions, the support group meetings, and this time to get our minds together and set for this life change. Even though you'll have the surgery, its still up to us to learn what not to eat.

I totally agree with you. It has taken me 15 years to decide my mind was ready to take this step. I've spent the last two years getting my mind ready in preparation for this lifestyle change. This surgery is a tool and as long as we use it wisely we should do great!! I can't wait to hear your success stories!
