Anyone in Connecticut or Westchester county?

I'm getting sleeved end of October, wondering if anyone in the area who has already been through this or is going to go through this to buddy up with.

Hi im in Westchester had it done at Westchester Medical on March 22

I started at 219 am down 35 lbs

I feel great and everyone is starting to notice i am short so it showed more

I go to gym 5xa week now and feel great. We just walked thru Disney for a week and survived to tell the tale. Good luck make sure you do what the doctor tells you too and you walk!! Its imperative that you move when you get home. I started walking as soon as I got home and drink the fluids. It won't be easy but your nutritionist will give you alternatives. I hope this helps
