On Full Liquids - I found something I enjoy so there must be something wrong. Help me find it!

I am post- op day six and on full liquids. I ordered Proti hot chocolate mix and, I tell you, it is the best thing ever. I love it and it's yummy, so something MUST be wrong.

I am mixing 1 1/2 scoop into 8 ounces of non- fat milk. I believe I am getting 26 grams of Protein in this cup of wonderfulness. Here is the Proti nutritional info. Am I missing something or have I found guilt- free heaven?????

I like it too, but I usually make it with Water. I have also mixed it into my oatmeal.

It sounds like an excellent choice for your liquid phase. Your priority is Protein and fluids, and it has both. Nothing to be worried about as far as I can tell.

My surgeon's office carries it and I also order online from Bariatric Choice. The tomato basil and creamy chicken soups kept me sane during the liquid phases.

I randomly found mine on Amazon.com; it is great and keeping me sane during the liquid phase.

I have 3 scoops every single morning. 30 grams of protein!
