Surgery in September....Encouragement!

I need surgery buddy!! My surgery is September the 7 and I'm really anxious.. .. I don't know what to expect.. I really need some suggestion on vitamins and protein shakes...

    My recovery had been great I've taken two doses of oxycodone but other than that has been plain old Tylenol. I do have a high pain tolerance so I wasn't too concerned with pain after surgery. I was more focused on not vomiting everything. Thank good ness for zifran
