Who slimmes or foams when they work out?

When I work out it totally grossed me out and messes up my workout cuz I keep going to the rest room to spit up! I work out for about 90 minutes. The slimmes last for about an hour after my workout. Any suggestions/advise?

do you have any sort of prework out drink or bar?

do you drink during your workout?

I've only had the slimies once, and it was when I tried to push myself to eat a normal bariatric meal after my Dad died, because I hadn't been eating much and was going back to work. I'd have to guess you may be pushing a bit too hard - but does it matter if you have an easier or harder workout or if your workout is shorter?

It'll pass. I got it bad the first four months. Not at all after 6 months.
