Thanks. I am nervous, but i am a Type 2 diabetic and the surgery is the best option for me.

During my endoscopy, the nurse told me that my throat kept fighting them so I needless to say, I had a bad sore throat for about a week. I also had bad acid-reflux for about 2 weeks after (didn't have it before). It all went away, and I'm a happy camper again. Just thought I'd touch on some rare side effects I went through just in case there are others who has them too and were worried they would be permanent but it's not :) .
