Congratulations to you both!

Being a little nervous is natural before major surgery. Just know that it will be over before you know it and you will be well on your way to getting healthier.

Be good to yourself today. Take a nice hot bath, listen to music, read a book, give yourself a pedicure....put some lavender essential oil on. It is super calming and will help you relax and hopefully sleep tonight.

Best of luck for a safe surgery and speedy recovery.

do everything you can to relax today! once you wake up from surgery you will be so relieved, take it easy and walk walk walk! i wish you so much luck!

Good luck to you both. The best advice I can give you is to take each minute as it comes and know that this is the worst it is going to be .. it only gets better from now on.
