3 month post op, results... please share

My goal loss was 111 lbs, at 3 months I had lost 55.8, which was right after the holidays. I reached my goal at 16 1/2 months, it took me 7 months to lose the last 5. I have kept it all off for 5 months now.

@@jccanada There's a very noticeable difference. Just look at the side picture - absolutely a big difference. Congrats! I hope to lose that much in only 3 months!

I am almost 3 months out and lost a total of 70 lbs, from the start of my pre-op diet. 56 lbs. since surgery.

I seem to feel that it is never fast enough, but I am really very happy with this progress.
