eating more at dinner than the rest of the day

I've seen posts stating from bandsters, depending on their restriction, can't really eat much earlier in the day but as dinner rolled around they coud eat more! Why is that? Some even said they couldn't even drink water in the mornings. What's different about the pouch, morning vs evening?

I hate that this happens. Its much easier for me to watch what I eat at work but at dinner- oh boy. I had a fill yesterday tighter than my last fill where I had good day restriction purely so I could be tighter at night. I'll see if this works. If I'm too tight to eat food during the day ( I don't want to live purely on shakes) then I'll go back to where I was but boy - moderation has never been my middle name
