Tomorrow begins my journey

Tomorrow I go for the seminar and meet the surgeon. I find out what all I need to do in order to finally lose weight. I have sleep apnea and PCOS. I've been overweight most of my life. I'm so ready to lose weight and be more active for my children. Anyone located in the panhandle of FL?
