I'M Proud of Myself and I Hope You R Too[emoji846]

  • Popular Post

No matter your current weight loss either you feel it's too fast, too slow, or right on time. We made a decision to become a healthier "you" therefore cherish it, love it, and [emoji2]at it. Sleeved 9/25/15 with a 60lb loss 40more to go. I look and feel great and I'm so loving the soo many compliments, I'm so glad I made the decision to have vsg. I'm blessed to be one of the ones with "NO" complications, "NO" food restrictions, & "NO" acid reflux/gerd[emoji4] I'm able to do much more I couldn't do months ago, as simple as a jumping jack(which I can do 50 now), a sit up(I can do 25-50 non stop, jog(I can do at least a lap), push ups(I can do 50). Exercising has become a huge part of my lifestyle changes and I'm very proud of myself and my journey in becoming the new me.

That's awesome!!! I am trying to make the decision to have surgery or not... I worry about having complications or regretting it.. But if I could have the outcome u have, I would do it today!! Great job!

@Ic8604 nothing to it but to do it!!! Try not to focus on what may go wrong, pray about it and leave it in the Lords hands claim it, you'll have a successful surgery with no complications and good results!! Wishing you much success..

Thanks so much! I just left a seminar with one of the physicians who do the surgery.. I work at the hospital so luckily I have some insight of who I want. I am ready! He made me feel very good and at ease. The good news is once I have an initial consultation with him, the minimum wait is 90 days... So I'm thinking it may be January before I'll actually get to do it. But I'm excited!
