How to make water even better for you!

If you don't like the taste of Water but want to avoid toxic sweeteners and help yourself lose weight by drinking more, I suggest the following additions to your eight-a-day:

Organic cucumbers, lemons, and/or sage leaves or peppermint.

You can thank me later. Lol

My favorite is lemon and mint. But yeah, there's all types of infused Water recipes out there.

When I first had my surgery, I couldn't drink cold water and that sucked big time. Two weeks in and I can drink cold water now. My water has to be cold, with added lemon and mint. When I used to go out to eat, I'd ask for lemon, lime, and mint leaves. Looks fancy too
