My pre start journey to sleeve

Hi everyone, just want to share a lil bit of my story. I love this community btw. I read more than write but this forum has help me tremendously so far. In learning more about wls, pre, post & during. So thank you everyone. I have gone to my first appointment with the new in network doctor & have 3 mths of nutritional visits schedule through the end of August. I have ordered nutrisystem, I weigh 260 now, I want to lose abt 30lbs before surgery including the 2 weeks pre-opp diet. I plan on working out & building muscles to help with the journey ahead.
