I've Been a Very Bad Bandster

So I quit smoking about a year ago and suddenly my green zone fill was like not being banded at all and I let it go for too long. food smells and tastes so good now and I'm loose as all get out so everything goes down. I've gained all but about 10 pounds of my weight back - I didn't know it was that bad until this morning when I had my gym orientation at work. The weird thing? My shape is TOTALLY different from what it was pre-band at about the same weight (at least I'm sexy with it this time). I'm disappointed in myself still but the fat came back differently than it was before. Anyway, I'm rededicated and waiting for my appointment on the 30th for a fill and I'm going to start working out before work or during my lunch break tomorrow. I have to start eating right again, but I know that will come with getting my fills again.

Wish me luck.

Quitting smoking is a great accomplishment! Be proud of yourself for that.

My band feels like it's disappeared when I have PMS :P It really sucks. I had a tightening recently and it's a good restriction when I don't have PMS... nervous about when PMS strikes again since I can't just tighten it for the 4-5 days when I get the progesterone-induced munchies.

Anyway, if you've been at the green zone before you'll get there again!
