Which Body Part Do You Love the Most?

It’s time for a little self-love and appreciation! We can spend so much time and energy being upset about how we look and wishing our bodies were different that it’s easy to lose sight of the things we love about our bodies.

You can gain a lot when you focus on something positive. Remembering what you love about yourself can increase your motivation to get and stay healthy. If it’s something that you noticed as you lost weight, remembering it can remind you how far you’ve come and how much your hard work is paying off.

So, which body part do you love the most? Is it your face with a pretty smile? Is it your calves that are starting to show now that you’ve been working out? Is it your elbow that’s now visible?

I have kick butt shoulders! They even have muscle definition is you dont' pay attention to the chicken wings underneath. I also have grown up hands. No more baby hands with dimples. I have gone down 2+ ring sizes since surgery and still losing there. I have a pearl ring from my grandmother that I have never even been able to get on my pinkie (its not a pinkie ring), but it is getting close to fitting on my ring finger. I think it is about a size 5. My ring finger is a small 7 right now, down from a 9. Grandma was a large woman, but she had the skinniest fingers!

I hope to one day be able to answer this with, "My abs".

Today is not that day.

Today is, however, a day that I'm doing some indirect work for my ab development. Burning the fat....and doing some gym work.

One day.
