2 year mark (yeahhhh) and losing hair again

Two years out and all is well!!

I lost a ton of hair, right after, and I considered cutting all my hair off and starting over and then it stopped.

For some reason, I am losing my hair again. Possibly worse this time.

Is this common?

I don't know from experience, but I remember watching several youtube videos of people who were 5 years out saying they went through cycles of hair loss multiple times during the 5 years, and they offered advice on what helped. It seemed pretty common.

I'm 3.5 years out and still take Biotin daily.. hair isn't as thick as it used to be - but my nails are great!! lol
