[emoji119]????[emoji108]????[emoji4]... Happy to be on the losing bench !

Here's my stats .... Starting and highest weight was 246.6 .

Prepping liquid diet started on 5/20/16

Surgery date 6/2/16 ---234.6

Today 13 days post op ---222.2

Total loss of 23 lbs which is awesome !!????????

I'm supposed to start purred foods next week but I already started I could drink another Protein shake .... I'm still eating extremely healthy and only about 400 calories a day .... My Water intake sucks but I'm working on it ! I started eating puréed food over the weekend and my stomach hasn't given me any problems so far ! I also struggle with waiting to drink 30 minutes after eating ....something I have to get used to I guess ! Anyways..... post op appt. was yesterday and my doctor was very happy with my results ! I know the weight loss is going to slow down soon so I'm excited to start really working out ! Well that's all for today ...and only positive comments welcome ...have a great week !

5 days post op. Very happy with my recovery. Because I am a teacher and am off for the summer, I am able to really rest and take my time.

I am a revision patient and had to have additional scar tissue removed from my spleen, diaphragm and stomach. My lapband had been causing extreme pain for 2 years with minimal losses. I feel immediate restriction and love my surgeon. Friday I get to start full liquids and am looking forward to that. We are clearly on the right track. Have an amazing week!!
